Cyberpunk 2077 Item Upgrading Guide
Item upgrading is a key element to maximize the power of your gear. It lets you add extra bonus stats in addition to the value of your base item.
Each upgrade template comes with several options that can be changed using the edition GUI. These options include the upgrade reference and the possibility of upgrading.
Upgrade components
The method of upgrading armor, weapons and other equipment in Cyberpunk 2077 was redesigned as part of the 2.0 update. Upgrade components can be found throughout Night City, and the item you wish to upgrade must have an upgrade slot. The game will display a preview of the item's expected stats after upgrading. It will also display the required component or material. If you do not have the required resource or component to upgrade an item, then the button will say "Blocked."
Weapons and armor can be upgraded along with a few trinkets and gathering tools. The upgrade slots on each of these can be filled with different upgrades that offer bonus features or other effects while the equipment is being used. These upgrades are available through crafting, bought from a vendor, or taken from the loot.
There are two types of upgrade components such as universal upgrades and gems. Universal upgrades that are like gemstones, can be used in any type of equipment, and provide a smaller bonus than other types of upgrade components. These are easy to obtain by dropping them by enemies and taken from loot bins across the globe. Gems, on the other hand can be obtained by disassembling items or by completing certain missions.
Upgrades can be removed and replaced by new ones in the weapon's slot. However this will cause the destruction of any prior upgrades. Except for glyphs, which can be added to gathering tools, other upgrades cannot be salvaged or removed once they have been placed in an item. Infusions, which are placed into ascended equipment as well as legendary equipment, and enrichments are only recovered by using an upgrade extractor or by salvaging the item using a high-tier salvage kit, can be replaced every hour.
Recycled items
In the two World Wars, the scarcity of natural resources forced the world to recycle. Nowadays, it is commonplace to recycle paper, aluminum and plastic to give them a new life as something different. Recycling reduces energy consumption and helps prevent carbon dioxide from escaping into the atmosphere. Recycling is a great way to avoid landfills and conserve natural resources. However, it is crucial to know what can and cannot be recycled.
A common mistake people make is placing the wrong items in the recycling bin. These materials not only pollute the water, but they can also damage recycling equipment. To avoid this, check the label and follow the guidelines of your recycling program. For instance cardboard shouldn't be mixed with steel or tin cans, and tissue must be disposed of in the trash. Plastic bags can also become caught in recycling machines and should be taken back to the grocery store to be reused. Other items that should be thrown in the garbage include berry containers and food containers. Glass is the only exception as glass can be used to build with.
When shopping for new items it is important to look for the label "Made with recycled content." This label indicates that the item contains recycled materials from items that have already served their purpose. This makes them more eco friendly than brand-new items composed of raw materials. These materials are also cheaper than the original ones.
You can reuse your old computer, tablet, or phone by taking it to a recycling facility. They can reuse the materials to make new electronics and useful products. Some of these companies will offer you cash for the return of your old products.
If you're looking to make it easier for your colleagues to recycle, you should consider coordinating the colors of the bins and signage in your office. This will eliminate confusion and increase participation. Additionally, ensure that you have a designated place for recycling in your workplace, such as a centralized bin or a box in the breakroom.
Reroll tokens

Reroll tokens give you a second chance at rolling the dice for better stats or better abilities. They are usually found in the mystery box, or as rare drops from skulled monsters or bosses. Each token strips an attribute point from damage and then rolls it into another attribute. You can also use the token to roll the extras on an item, such as regeneration or speed.
The amount of additional items that are added to an item varies with each level. The value of an additional is calculated as a percentage of the total stats of the item and rerolling a token will alter the value. In addition, the recycle value will also increase with each upgrade. Generally speaking, the value of an item's main stat will increase by 3 with each level, while the value of its other stats will fluctuate.
Click the dice icon in front of the item in your Inventory to reroll it. You can also hit the button on a different lobby of another player, and select "Reroll". After rolling, the item will disappear from your collection.
Rerolls can be purchased as well as other in-game items from Sagbe, an in-game Token Shop trader. Redeeming active codes will also enable you to earn free rerolls on Fire Force Online. These codes can be used for a variety of items, including Reroll Tokens or Clan Reroll Tokens.
Rerolls are helpful in the beginning of the game, as you need to build your inventory and dungeon gear. However, they are not the best method to improve your character's stats. Instead, you should concentrate on increasing your skill points. You can also earn bonus points by completing event levels.
You can also reroll your character's race by purchasing an reroll token for races, which can be purchased through the Zen Market. The token can be used through specific pack purchases or through the Token Shop. It lets you change the race of your character only once. It can also be obtained as a reward for completing Meg's cases during the Port Sarim invasion event.
Leveling
The attributes of an item and its Power Level will rise when you level up an item as part of the upgrade process. It also increases the cost and the amount of materials needed to complete the upgrade process. The type of materials required varies depending on the item. For example, weapons use the combination of Destruction Stones and Guardian Stones. Armor is composed of Harmony Leapstones, Shards and other materials. The addition of additional materials could boost the chances of success, but it's not a guarantee.
The leveling process uses a formula to determine how much damage magical attack, defense and damage the upgraded item receives at the next upgrade. The formulas are different based on weapon type and rarity. In addition, there is a maximum level for each type of weapon.
Once the item has reached its maximum level when it reaches its maximum level, the NPC will show an upgrade option that lets the player infuse the item with experience and upgrade it to the next level. To maximize this process, it is important that players ensure that their gear is at its maximum level before upgrading. This way, they can avoid wasting time and resources that could have been better spent on other upgrades.
The NPC will show two lines when the upgrade is in progress. The first line indicates the amount of Tech Points will be gained by upgrading the item, while the second line displays an overview of the item's new appearance. The preview will not be accurate for items with modifications, but it can provide a rough idea of what is to be expected.
The NPC will display the cost to upgrade the item. This will include the cost of Technology Points, if applicable. If you have an Accelerator, it will also include the cost. Accelerators can be bought on the Exchange and increase the number of Tech Points gained through an upgrade by 50 percent. item upgrading does not apply to the chance of a product's quality, which resets once the item reaches the mark level.
The Upgrade NPC also provides a gear transfer service. This will allow players to save the experience and progress in upgrading the gear they own and then transfer it to a different item in the same slot. This is a great option for players who want to swap out their gear, but do not have enough money to purchase a completely new set.
